There are 3 Tools for those who work with secondary school aged children: 11-12, 13-14 and 16-18 years old.
Each Tool contains a colour reference booklet with instructions on how to use it, questions to ask the children and young people, guidance on how to observe their behaviour, and methods to track their results. You'll also be provided with a black and white version of the question and observation sections for you to write on. You can photocopy these additional sheets as many times as you wish for the number of children and young people you use the Tool with.
