I CAN is working in partnership with Koreo , the UK social change sector’s Kickstart gateway, as part of a collaborative effort to power up our sector with exceptional talent and make a real impact on youth unemployment. We have 7 roles available in the following areas:
Each role includes a supported development programme. The programme will equip you with the connections, experiences, tools and insight needed to succeed at work, help you to build a peer community of fellows and give you the skills to transition well beyond the placement, and position yourself well for a career that is socially impactful.

I CAN is the UK’s leading children’s communication charity. We run two special schools, design and deliver interventions and train practitioners to work with children and young people, run a helpline and raise awareness of the impact poor speech, language and communication can have on a child’s life chances.
